About Julie Roberts Lucky Clovers: Julie Roberts' was started in early 2004 by Robert and his wife Julie. Robert was a retired Colonel from the Army and always dreamed of setting up his own business. Initially we started by selling fashion accessories as well as other various hand made items from the Philippines. Subsequently, in mid 2004, we brought in our very first batch of Four Leaf Clover accessories made with the Original Trifolium Repens Clover. These proved to be a big hit and from then on, we started designing our own Clover designs with the help of a talented Philippine designer. From humble beginnings as a small booth in Orchard Atrium in 2004, the business expanded a month later to another small push cart in Plaza Singapore. In Oct' 2004, we closed the booth and push cart and consolidated into our first proper shop in The Concourse where we could serve our customers better. In 2007, Julie Roberts' moved out of the Concourse and into its current location at Cuppage Plaza to increase the accessibility of our clovers since our outlet is only a short walk away from Somerset MRT. Incidentally since selling the lucky clover, we had been receiving many wonderful testimonials from our customers. On 13th March 2005, we decided to systematically log down all testimonials received(practically daily), and the thousands of testimonials and sharings can be found at the Categories column on the left.
